Progress Check: Responsible Eating – Week of 2.11.10

Snow.  Again.  Major roads are closed, city offices and schools are closed, my office was actually closed.  The white icing on the white cake?  We set a record of 70.3 inches of snow this winter.  And it’s not even mid-February.

Well if it’s cold outside, it’s warm in the kitchen.  This week, I’ve been working on a couple new recipes to sustain my path of eating locally, seasonally and thoughtfully.  Click on the hyperlinks for more information and recipes.
